Shipping Policy
We dispatch your order on the very next day if ready stock , otherwise it takes two business days to dispatch because this is the time taken to make pieces being a solo jewellery maker, once we receive through our reputed courier partners ( Delhivery, DTDC ). Shipping cost is fixed as Rs. 60 for standard and Rs. 80 for Express shipping across India. This cost is charged on the entire order irrespective of the quantity. We usually deliver within 4-7 business days. However, some may get delayed due to some unavoidable circumstances like heavy rains, COVID restrictions, operational issues with courier partners or us.
Returns and Refunds
For Hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of jewellery unless they are faulty. Return request to be raised within 2 days of the delivery if the product is faulty or damaged in transit. Opening video is must for return request. If no, opening video is provided then no refund exceptions.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours. Post that we won't be able to process the cancellation request.
